Bottle-Your-Own Hand Fill Whiskey


Let Dad step into the shoes of a distiller. Our Hand Fill experience takes you to the production floor, guiding you through the process of pulling whiskey straight from the cask using a copper “dipping dog” as you fill your own special bottle. You’ll then seal your cask strength whiskey and add the finer details. This single cask will continue to mature after your experience, meaning you’re capturing a whiskey that won’t be found anywhere else and won’t taste quite the same ever again. New Distiller’s Whiskey Tour

Take Dad behind the scenes with the new Distiller’s Whiskey Tour. The 90-minute tour of our downtown Seattle waterfront distillery, led by our Head Distiller, offers a unique under-the-hood perspective on every step of our whiskey making process from grain to glass, and is followed by a guided tasting of Copperworks whiskey. Our first-ever Distiller’s Whiskey Tour will take place on Sunday, June 22, and is expected to fill up with a small attendance cap. With you in mind, we decided to open up reservations a little early. Reserve your spots here.



Dinner on the Grill at Copperworks Kenmore
Sunday, June 15 – 3pm-8:30pm
